I am a hermit, I hardly ever leave my apartment because of ptsd and anxiety but, since Cynthia took over management I have witnessed a transformation in grounds, residents, and staff. I wanted to thank Cynthia for going the extra mile to invite me to the wonderful egg hunt and pizza party. Cynthia already made pkans so i could sit in a quieter space and still enjoy being part of it. It truly was the first times I have felt like I an a part of a community. The staff went above and beyond throwing a great event for everyone and Zuri went out of her way to play the adult egg hunt. This place is a community not just another apartment complex! Thank you guys, you rock!!!

The apartments are spacious and have a good layout. They do spray for bug very often and it is a pain to constantly have to be preparing for that. Also the parking is sparse seems like some buildings have less availability than others. The interior of the building like stairwell and hallways could be better up kept. Overall okay place to live the neighborhood is quiet.

Thank you for everything you all did. You all been very kind and efficient on all the stuff that I needed for it. Everything works in my apartment. No cockroaches no ants , no nothing. The only thing is just a poop around the dog area and everywhere else too. But of course it takes time because everybody else doesn't pick up there dogs poop thank you again! It's been a really great experience for my first move in. You guys were always there to help me I love my place. Very roomy very clean. Thank you all so much to all the team in the office and the maintenance who work in my apartment; my beautiful 😍❤️ apartment 🏵️ everyone I mean tenants give the maintenance some time remember you are not the only tenant they try to get to you as soon as they can 🦋

Thank you Vera for inputting our lease manually in the system today. You are WONDERFUL! We had to renew our lease today and this is going on year 6 here! The veri sign document lease sign program link for some reason would not come to either of our emails and we had to manually sign the lease and Vera is doing a wonderful job inputting it into the system herself and getting it taken care of, because of some kind of issue with the proper link not showing in the email. Vera has been wonderful , she is "FULLY" on the ball and getting things accomplished! A shout out to the apartment MGR Kristine who has made so many incredible changes in the time that she has been here and Maintenance Man Aaron , you are just awesome my friend, you have awesome attitude , that's a rarity in todays' world, that goes a LONG WAYS with a great attitude like yours! Aaron did a fantastic job with our work orders! Also thank you so much Anne for calling us and letting us know the times in which Aaron was coming , just to inform us. You are greatly appreciated! My partner and I moved in two weeks ago today. Move-in day started a little rough, as we came into an apartment with a myriad of different issues. The first thing we noticed was the cover for the heat register in the bedroom was almost completely off, making it a bit of an eyesore (and honestly a fire concern) for us. There was dirty water in the bathtub due to a backflow, and the screen door to our balcony was not on the track all the way, so it would not close. We thought “okay, yeah, these things are annoying, but likely easy fixes”, so we let it go for the meantime. Later that night as we were unpacking and inspecting things further, we noticed that our dishwasher was not secured into the countertop, which was a huge fire and electrical hazard. We also noticed a leak in our kitchen sink after running the water for only a few minutes. We put in a work order for maintenance for most of these issues and we are pleased with the result! They responded as quickly as possible and the only thing our apartment still needs fixed is the balcony screen door. They did everything requested without complaint and even fixed things they saw wrong that I didn’t catch or ask them to fix. Great sports! Ann has been our leasing agent throughout our moving process, and she has been absolutely wonderful! She is very sweet but straightforward with us, and she made us feel welcome here, even before we had moved in. We feel confident knowing we can come to her with any questions or concerns that we have and she will be right on it. We mentioned our safety being a major concern seeing as we are an LGBTQ+ couple and she assured us that if we had any problems with safety or we’re concerned for our safety that we could come straight to her and she would handle it. To quote Ann, “I will go full momma bear on them!” Our first move was nerve wracking and stressful, and Ann made the process so much easier for us both!

Maintenance is quick and skilled to fix problems. Been here 6 months now. Very few bug problems and they are quick to spray when I report seeing any, which is not often. Rent and utilities easily paid online. When it got down to -15 recently, the heat worked perfectly. Apartment was comfortable and no problems. The park nearby is very nice with a paved walking trail and shelter houses. We like it here! :)

5 months left can’t wait to get out of here. I can see the little effort to try and improve this place. I was lucky to not have any other issues in my unit besides the clogged shower. I barley notice any cockroaches. since I buy traps and sprays Keeping my place extremely cleans helps a lot. And not using the dishwasher. This cockroach infestation will never go away due to peoples uncleanliness. Anyways my apartment looks great loved the gray color on the wall with white trim the new appliances. The parking lot needs some love maybe some new asphalt or a black sealer and repaint the parking lines.

Update about this place since I've been back. It has went under new management and they are starting to care about the property. They have updated the way residents care about their pets and cleaning up behind them. It still needs some work, but I see the potential. Also, they are updating the outside doors to get into the building. You will now need access to enter. This will help keep the homeless out and start the process of keeping the stairways clean. There is still residents leaving cigarettes butts and beer cans in the windows and stairwells. I know management is trying HARD to get rid of pests and stay consistent with keeping them away. So I will start reporting residents so we can keep this place clean and free of bugs!! The ones that complain about the place being dirty be the same ones that can't keep their unit and the hallways clean! Management: Thank you for really trying to turn in another direction. I see the progress.

Maintenance fixed the hot water in bathroom sink. Works great! Thanks! Not to mention my previous unit had a hole in the window due to the condition of how old the window was, came home and saw a brandnew window in the living room(didn’t even put a work order in for the repair.) Despite all the bad reviews, This is a good place to say at!

I feel very fortunate to be living here. There are a lot of bad reviews, but I have had a great experience. My building is alway clean. I am saddened that the reviews are so awful due to some dirty areas of the complex. I lost one of my jobs due to Covid, and have been having a hard time staying afloat. Management has been very kind with all of this. I finally got a second job and things are looking up! I have been staying in contact with my situation, and they have been more than supportive. Don't let some bad reviews keep you away. People only tend to leave the bad ones, and I wanted to leave this one! This is a great place to live.

We just moved in here and are ecstatic. The people are super nice and I feel more comfortable here than my old apartment. Of course the cherry on top of this whole situation was Juanita in the office. She took care of us from day one and made sure that we were completely set up to enjoy our new home. Reminds me of home. Ever since I left Baltimore, Maryland I've been struggling to fill a void. A crime ridden one that is, and this place makes me feel just like I'm back in Baltimore. Broken car windows, constant vandalism, random needles littered in the grass areas, roaches in the apartments, staff that doesn't care, the police are basically on a first name basis with half the residents, random fees to fix broken stuff that wasn't even caused by you. I honestly had NO idea that communities go above, and beyond to imitate other communities. 5 stars for authenticity.

I moved In to the Timber Lodge apartment in January and I honestly love it here! I have a one bedroom apartment and it’s perfect. I feel safe and it’s decently priced and very spacious. It’s clean, everyone that I’ve met are very nice and respectful of others. I feel safe as you should always in your home. I’m very happy with how my home is coming alone with the furniture and all the space my one bedroom has. I haven’t seen any bugs at all. The heat and air conditioning work just fine. I’m honestly extremely happy with my home at Timber Lodge!

Given the price and area this place is great. Its not a luxury place by any means but I feel safe walking around at night. Maintenance answers request same day. My fridge was making an odd noise and they just replaced it in less then a week. I have never had a problem with the people in the office. In fact I once made a mistake on my rent payment and they were very understand. They even reversed all the fees my mistake racked up. Its also close to a really nice park and has a good overall family feel to it.

Lovely people to lease with, maintenance fixes issues quicker than I’ve ever seen (from Florida so maybe that’s the difference), rent is a great price and the area is even better. Let’s get together and get our homes up to 5 stars 🙌 Also, prior to moving here all I saw on reviews was that the place was nasty, rodents, and bugs everywhere. Something brings these things to your home, and it isn’t other renters! I have yet to see any rodents (unless my daughter counts) no bed bugs or cockroaches. Stay clean in 2019 ✊🏽

I havent had a problem its a really nice place the staff is very friendly and understanding yes theres problems but it isnt on the apartment complex its on the residents. The residents children who vandalize the place and trash the place . runing through halls and trashing them. The complex have staff that clean up thier mess everyday . they are trying hard to keep a safe and clean place. The efforts aren't being ignored i thank you guys so my children can play safely after you guys clean the mess of the other residents.

I honestly don't know where all these reviews are coming from. I have lived there for almost a year. I have never seen any roaches, bedbugs, or pests of any kind the entire time I have lived here. It is a peaceful, well kept community. I would expect the noises of kids and dogs in a place that welcomes them. I wonder how many of the people giving bad reviews were kicked out for not paying their rent.
